Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Petit Tresor Luxe. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns within 2 days of the purchase date.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@petittresorluxe.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Return Shipping
The customer will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning an item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
Exclusions
- Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Gift Cards & Gift Baskets: Gift cards & Gift Baskets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
